What are your Shipping Rates?
We pay all shipping costs worldwide.  Please refer to our Shipping Page

Do you accept Returns?
Yes we do. We have a 100% satisfaction policy that enables you to return any purchase for a 100% refund.  Please refer to our Refund Policy page for details.

Are your gems natural or synthetic?
All our gems are 100% natural earth mined gemstones. We do NOT deal in synthetic or created stones.

Are your gemstones enhanced?
Some gemstones are treated or enhanced. There are common, widely accepted processes whereby gems may be treated by such processes such as heating or radiation to reduce imperfections, enhance colour and add to the durability of the gemstones.  It is our policy to disclose all known enhancements for each of our gemstones.

How do you ship and is it insured?
All our shipping is with Australia Post.  For more details refer to our Shipping & Insurance Page 

Do you pay Customs or do I?
Customs is the responsibility of the Buyer.  As Customs policies vary from country to country and whether an import duty applies and at what cost, is outside our control and responsibility.

How can I be sure you will not share my information?
Any information supplied to us, from email addresses to personal details, stays with us and us alone.  We do not sell or share any information with anyone.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Security is a major concern to all who use the Internet these days. As such, it is of the utmost importance to us.  All personal information is encrypted prior to being sent over the internet and is decrypted once received by our Merchant Bank.

What type of payments do you accept?  Can I pay with PayPal?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit.

How do I return items for a refund?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for 100% refund, credit or exchange. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. We request notification by email within 5 days of receipt of the item that you wish to return.
